Ranching in Balance with Nature ~ Bounty for Your Family
Our cows are bred, born, and raised on OWR pastures using rotational grazing for nutritional and tasty grass fed and grass finished beef. The basis of our genetics is from Heritage Cows. We do not offer vaccines, hormones or grain feeds to any of our livestock. Additionally, your packaged beef received no medications or chemicals of any kind. We use hay, mineral, and forage by-products when necessary.
We strive to raise our chickens as naturally as
possible while ensuring the highest nutrition and
chemical free feeds and management. We offer no vaccines or medications. Our meat birds are pasture raised using rotation grazing in tractors. Our egg birds are free range foraging, and supplemented with chemical free feeds when necessary.

Oak Wood Ranch is a 770 acre property that is home to an ever evolving community of people, animals, land, plants, and wildlife.
Collectively we are co-creating and thriving in balance with nature and God.
As a Ranch Farmily, we strive to ensure the best flavor and highest level of nutrition for your family.
Tim, Michael, Hudson and Donna Askew, moved to Abbeville, SC in 2014.
Donna Spratt, Scott Moelich and Amanda Posey have since joined the Ranch Farmily.
For nearly a decade we have poured our hearts and souls into building our collective dream of a working ranch that feeds our community.
As stewards of God’s creation, we believe that honoring the land, plants, and animals through regenerative agricultural practices
enhances the land, supports wildlife, and is the most humane way to raise livestock.
We are a Chemical free ranch. Our land is cultivated and our plants are grown using biodynamic and organic principles.
Our animals are raised on pasture as close to nature as possible,
without the use of vaccines, hormones, or medications. Hay, mineral, and forage supplements are used when absolutely necessary.
